After you place the orders, you will get a confirmation Email and SMS notification. Then, the orders received will be processed the next business day.

Will I get a confirmation Email once I place an order ?

Absolutely, once you place an order you will receive a confirmation Email and SMS notification with the order summary such as Name of the product, product’s attribute ( color and size ), unit price and tracking link once we get the tracking no. from the traceable courier. 

We are also including an image of item, so you can visually “CONFIRM” from the Email list that you’ve ordered the correct item.

By clicking “Confirm Order” , you agree to the Terms & Conditions and authorize us to charge your default payment method or another payment method on file.

You will also receive an invoice immediately once you “Confirm Order”.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation Email

If you haven’t received any email updates about your order, it is likely the emails were marked as spam. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them.

Can I track my order ?

Absolutely, we are working with reliable traceable couriers. Once you order the product on our website you will receive a confirmation Email and SMS notification within 24 hours. 

Once payment made you will receive a tracking no. via SMS notification. 

You are able to track your order in Orders Tracking page.

Note : We are sourcing our products from multiple vendors around the world, packages and tracking codes may arrive in separate units.

How do I change or cancel my order ?

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us before we ship your package.

Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Order status shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Check your order details 

Please check the following immediately after your order status is tagged as delivered: 

1.  Check delivery address indicated in the order to ensure that it is correct 

2. Check other possible recipients. Please check with your receptionist, guard or the lobby personnel and your family members who  could have received your order your behalf. 

3. Check with the courier. If you have received a communication (call/SMS) from the courier, you may try reaching out to them to ask about your package. This could be result of the mistagging of status.

Note : You must provide the accurate information about your identity, address and contact information in order to minimize the misleading of shipment.

Why was my order cancelled ?

1. The item is accidentally out of stock 

2. Limits on available quantities

3. Additional information is needed by our Order Inquiry department.

You will receive an order cancellation email and you will not charged for the canceled items.

What can I do If my order is missing ?

Normally, we will send you the picture before and after packing the products in order to ensure that your order will not be missed and defected. 

But if an item is missing from your parcel, even though it’s listed on your delivery note, please contact our Customer Service using our Support Form and our team will be more than happy to help you solve the issue.

Give us your order number and the item number or product name of the missing item.

We’ll be sure to refund you for the missing item if you’ve already paid for it.

Note : To avoid this mistake, when you receive the order confirmation from us please check the order summary carefully such as Name of the product, product’s attribute ( color and size ), price, your name, shipping address and contact information.

If all the information correct. You must click to “CONFIRM” your order via Email. 

Once you click ” CONFIRM “, we will proceed your orders ,we have no longer responsibility for your mistake once you click “CONFIRM”.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged ?

It’s always a good idea to check that the parcel hasn’t been damaged before accepting your delivery. If it has been obviously damaged during transportation, then don’t accept or sign for it. It’ll be sent back to us and we’ll refund you in full. 

But as we mentioned above  we will send you the picture before and after packing the products in order to ensure that your order will not be missed and defected. 

If you’ve already accepted the parcel or it was accepted by a neighbor, please contact customer service immediately.

If you happen to find an error or defect with an item you bought in our online shop, please make sure to make a claim for the item no later than 5 days from the purchase date.

What can I do If my order is going to the wrong address ?

Actually, once the orders have been proceeded, we will not responsibility for shipping to the wrong address. 

But you can following these steps If this mistake occurs due to the mistake from the courier companies. 

1. Check the tracking status – Check the tracking status on the courier company’s website, and see if there is any information about the person that received the package.

2. Contact the courier company – The first thing you should do is to contact the courier company directly. Courier companies have their internal systems that can check the delivery status.

After they see who signed for receiving the package, you can ask the company to resend the package to you.

3. Check with the neighbors – The neighbors might have signed for the package on your behalf. Talk to your neighbors and tell them about the delivery mistake. In most cases, the neighbors should give back the box that was wrongly delivered at the wrong address.

In case that the neighbor refuses to give the package that was mistakenly delivered to them and won’t bring it back, you should contact the courier company in charge of delivery.

4. Report to the authorities the stolen packages – The courier might have dropped the package around your house, so before you report the stolen packages to the authorities make sure you check this.

Note : To avoid this mistake, you must provide the accurate information of your identity, shipping address and billing address. 

Before you click ” CONFIRM”, please make sure the order summary and confirmation, we send to your Email are correct.

What can I do If I’ve received the wrong item ?

All you need to do is return the item to us. Make sure you have the Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) Number before shipping an item to us. 

If you no longer have RMA number , please get in touch with our support team. They’ll be happy to provide new ones.

What will happens next ?

Once we’ve received the item, your claim will be processed. Incorrect items are always refunded in full.

Please note that it can take several days before the money is back in your bank account, depending on your agreement with and the terms and policies of your bank.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer to exchange the item. Please place a new order instead.
