As warranty coverage is determined by the applicable product origin and manufacturer terms, warranty periods and conditions may vary between products.
We provide the applicable warranty information for each product as transparently as possible, allowing customers to understand the coverage, warranty period, and applicable conditions before making a purchasing decision.

| For products supplied through PBN-TEC, including Archthetic-distributed products across Digital Investigation, Pro Video & Covert Video, Covert Audio, Privacy & TSCM, GPS Tracking and related Security Technology solutions, the applicable warranty framework provides 12 months of warranty coverage from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or supplied warranty documentation. | ||||

Warranty Service & RMA Procedure
To request warranty service or receive further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team at +66863684828 or benj@archthetic.com.
Before returning a product for warranty inspection, customers must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Archthetic. To initiate the warranty service process, please provide:
- Item Code of the product requiring service
- Invoice Number or Purchase Order Number
- A detailed description of the reported defect or issue
Once an RMA number has been issued, please securely package the product in its original packaging or a suitable shipping container to help prevent damage during transit.
The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the exterior of the package.
Customers are responsible for the inbound shipping costs associated with returning the product to our designated facility. Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted. Customers are strongly advised to use an insured and trackable shipping service, as Archthetic cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged while in transit to our facility.
Where a warranty return is approved, the product will be shipped back using a delivery method reasonably comparable to the original shipping method used for the return.
