Return & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes an Item is not suited for the purpose you intend it for. We expect you to get a high-end quality item to empower your needs. We do not expect to have items returned that have been used, mis-handled, abused or broken. This is unacceptable.
Most items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, we believe that 14 days in your possession, is enough time to determine if any item will be suitable for your needs. (The receiving date is when it was delivered to you.)
If you are unsure as to what item may work for your situation please call or email us, before ordering.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Our return policy
Archthetic products considers any item returned to the warehouse a “Return.” This includes unclaimed packages that were shipped to buyer and returned for any reason, i.e. signatories not available, not claimed, etc.
You must request a RMA number before returning any item.
All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
Products returned without an RMA may get lost in the process, thereby inhibiting us from crediting, repairing or replacing your return. Please follow these simple instructions so we can process your return quickly and effectively.
To request an RMA# please call or email our Customer Service Department. This will determine if you need to return the product, all returns are usually sent directly to our warehouse.
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, and shrink wrap).
We must receive your item back within 20 days of when we issue the RMA. Please allow us 5 – 10 business days from the time we receive the item to process your return.
Merchandise returned with missing items are not eligible for a refund. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back via traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will determine the course of action; credit, repair or replacement.
Note : To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in its original unopened packaging and returned within 14 Days from date of sale. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Due to health and safety precautions, used items CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund.
We can not accept the return of certain items for credit, including :
1. Open or used products
2. Special order products
3. Fees for service performed or shipping
4. Single use products such as pepper spray
5. Custom built products such as Hidden cameras, Signal blocker
6. Counter-surveillance detectors
All Sales on the above listed items are final.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
ALL items must have an RMA number. You need to obtain an RMA number from us before sending any item back for any reason.
When you are issued an RMA you will be provided with a return address and instructions on how to pack , ship and identify the package to us. If an item cannot be identified it may be refused and will be returned to the sender. All items are your responsibility until they have been accepted at our facility.

Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and follow the steps on how you would like to proceed.
is it possible to Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to return to exchange for the same item you can start your exchange process HERE.
All Health & Safety product returns are subject to final inspection upon receipt.
do i have to pay the Shipping charge ?
You will be responsible for all shipping costs, to get the item back to us. These costs may include insurance, import fees, customs fees, taxes or broker fees.
When will I receive my refund ?
Once we have received the returned item(s) back, you will be refunded. While the process typically takes less than 2-3 business days, it can take up to 10 business days to see the refund back on your bank statement.
This time-frame varies by bank / credit card company.
