Obtaining Warranty Service

To initiate warranty service or for further assistance, kindly contact our Customer Service department by calling +66863684828 or emailing us at archtheticsurveillance@gmail.com.

Prior to returning a defective product, customers are required to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To facilitate the warranty service process, customers must provide the following information: (1) Item Code of the defective product, (2) the invoice number or purchase order number, and (3) detailed information about the product’s defect.

Once an RMA number is issued, please securely package the product in its original or an appropriate shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

The RMA number should be clearly marked on the exterior of the package.

The customer is responsible for the inbound shipping costs to our facility, and Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted. Customers are advised to insure their shipments, as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit to our facility. 

Return shipments will be conducted using a method comparable to the original shipping method employed for sending the defective product to us.
